This Privacy Policy explains how Thunder Ludo ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you play Thunder Ludo at thunderludo.com(the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

Information We Collect

• Account information — phone number, or your Google account name, email address, and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
• Gameplay data — username, avatar, level, XP, coin balance, match history, and stats (wins, losses, games played).
• Purchase data — when you buy coins, payment is processed by Stripe; we receive confirmation of the transaction but never see or store your card details.
• Technical data — IP address, device/browser type, and log data, collected automatically to keep the Service secure and working (e.g. rate limiting, fraud prevention).
• Push notification tokens — if you enable notifications, we store a device token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) to deliver match and game alerts.

How We Use Information

• To create and maintain your account and game profile
• To operate core gameplay: matchmaking, live rooms, leaderboards, clans, and seasons
• To process coin purchases and in-game gifting
• To send you gameplay-related notifications you've opted into
• To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, cheating, or abuse
• To improve and maintain the reliability of the Service

Sign in with Google

If you choose to sign in with Google, we use Google Identity Services to receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We only request the minimum information needed to create your Thunder Ludo profile and never gain access to your Google password or other Google account data.

Third-Party Services

• Google — for Sign in with Google authentication
• Firebase (Google) — for push notifications and app analytics
• Stripe — for processing coin purchases; Stripe's own privacy policy governs the payment data it collects
• Cloudflare — for content delivery and security (DDoS protection) in front of our servers

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see below); we'll delete or anonymize it except where we're required to keep records (for example, completed payment transactions) for legal or accounting purposes.

Your Choices

• You can disable push notifications from your device or browser settings
• You can unlink Google sign-in and use a phone number instead (where supported)
• You can request a copy of your data or request account deletion by emailing us

Children's Privacy

Thunder Ludo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections via HTTPS, hashed/signed session tokens) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly.
